Summary
We are currently recruiting for an assistant Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy dealership in Norwich.
Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Manager On Target Earnings of £47000.
Benefits:
- £27,500 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £50,000
- 5-day working week (Mon–Sat, with a day off in the week – no Sundays!)

Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is second to none
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the sales department, including stock management and administration
Requirements:
- Proven track record in automotive sales (management experience an advantage, but not essential)
- Confident, driven, and passionate about achieving results
- Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
