Job Purpose: The Maintenance Officer will support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and customer focused property maintenance and improvement service across the Ross and Cromarty area.
The role contributes to the effective management of the Council’s housing stock through inspections, property condition surveys, and the coordination of both reactive and planned maintenance

Requirements
- Educated to HNC level or appropriate qualification and experience relevant to the functions
of the post. - Experience of working within a housing / construction service environment.
- Ability to travel across the Council area.
