Summary
Working hours: 16 hours per week (Fridays and Saturday evening shifts)Interview Date: To be confirmed New Direction is a Salvation Army Life house located in Braintree, Essex. The centre provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 14 individuals aged 18 and above who have experienced homelessness.Key Responsibilities:The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a front office environment, including dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors. You will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in the Lifehouse and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing the service.
