Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled individual to take on the role of HLTA.
The HLTA will lead and support preplanned learning sessions under the direction and guidance of teaching staff and to provide other cover as necessary.
If you are an excellent practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate students and the dedication to providing the best for each young person we would like to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will be:
• HLTA status or equivalent qualified or have relevant experience
• able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues
• understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities.
• able to relate well to children and adults to build and maintain effective relationships.
• committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
