Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager – Meetings and Events, you will be responsible for maximising corporate revenue opportunities at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. You will manage a portfolio of group accounts and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring every event reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality.
You will- Manage a portfolio of group accounts including conferences, incentives, DMCs, venue finding agencies and corporate event teams
- Identify need periods and adapt sales strategies and promotional campaigns accordingly
- Develop relationships with industry partners including airlines, DMCs and agencies
- Source and develop new business opportunities across markets
- Prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring competitive yet profitable outcomes
- Work toward agreed daily, monthly and annual sales KPIs
- Keep the CRM system updated with timely and accurate information
- Undertake sales trips and attend trade shows or events in line with the annual marketing plan and budget
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarisation trips with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborate closely with the Events leadership team and wider departments to ensure smooth client experiences

You bring proven experience in meetings and events sales, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. You are commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. Organised and proactive, you thrive in a fast paced sales environment and have the creativity to identify new opportunities while delivering on targets.
