About the Role:
We're currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy coldstore operation within a leading logistics company in Grimsby. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Handling goods in a coldstore environment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Stock rotation and inventory management
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences
- Previous experience working in a coldstore or warehouse environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
