Summary
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant at Chestnut Park Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.Chestnut Park Primary School is a growing and vibrant school community that first opened its doors in 2021. As we continue to establish ourselves, we are proud to have built a close-knit and supportive team, all committed to adapting and growing alongside the school. Currently catering for pupils up to Year 4, we also have a thriving pre-school provision for children aged 2–4 years. This role will be predominantly based within our Early Years setting, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the foundational stages of our children’s education. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:Working with class/pre-school teachers to raise the learning and attainment of children.Promote child independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.Give support to children, individually, in groups or as a class (under the direction of the teacher), so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
