Your new role
As a CNC Programmer, you'll play a critical role in developing and optimising machining strategies for complex components. You'll be responsible for:
- Programming CNC machines using Siemens NX and Vericut
- Creating and modifying toolpaths for multi-axis machining centres
- Supporting NPI and prototype development
- Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability
- Driving continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life and other production areas
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in CNC programming within a precision engineering environment
- Strong proficiency in Siemens NX (or similar CAM software)
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and quality
