Your Role as a Graduate SEN Teaching AssistantIn this role, you’ll support children with diverse learning needs by:

Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom

Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt lessons and resources

Building strong, positive relationships to boost children’s confidence and emotional wellbeing

Monitoring progress and helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions

Encouraging independence and a love for learning
Who We’re Looking ForThis opportunity would be ideal for someone who:

Has a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, English, Maths, or a related subject

Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs
-
Brings a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to their work

Communicates clearly and works well in a team

May have experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or volunteering)
