Owen Payne Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Wednesbury. Due to continued growth and exciting developments within the business, we are urgently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join the team.
This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term role with a forward-thinking company that values quality craftsmanship and career development.
Shifts:
• Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM
Rate of pay:
• £14.00-£15.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience and skill level
Key Responsibilities:
• HGV Paint Spraying
• Surface preparation including sanding and masking
• Prepping components for painting, ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth
• Spray painting components to a high standard using appropriate techniques
• Repairing GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) panels or boards
• Conducting basic quality checks to ensure a consistent finish
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to production deadlines and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role
• Have at least years of previous paint spraying experience
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
