we are searching for a new role with a long-standing and respected company. HRGO is hiring a Assembly Operative to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Broadstairs!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Produce items to precise measurements and top-quality standards
* Check materials thoroughly, reporting any defects or shortages * Process and dispatch orders accurately, meeting delivery deadlines
* Keep your supervisor updated on order progress or any issues
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and flexibility by helping in other areas when needed
What We're Looking For:
* ️ Experience in production or a manufacturing environment
* Confident with basic Maths, English, and IT skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements
* ️ Skilled in using handheld tools and comfortable with manual work
* ⏰ Reliable, with strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
