Summary

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • A qualified teacher with QTS and strong classroom practice in DT (specialism open).


    • Proven experience teaching DT up to GCSE (A-Level desirable).


    • A track record of raising standards, delivering outstanding lessons, and inspiring students.


    • Excellent leadership skills – able to motivate, manage, and develop both staff and students.


    • Strategic vision and creativity to take the DT department to the next level.
