The Ideal Candidate:-
A qualified teacher with QTS and strong classroom practice in DT (specialism open).

Proven experience teaching DT up to GCSE (A-Level desirable).

A track record of raising standards, delivering outstanding lessons, and inspiring students.

Excellent leadership skills – able to motivate, manage, and develop both staff and students.

Strategic vision and creativity to take the DT department to the next level.
