We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to lead our dynamic kitchen team at Blyth B&Q Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine flair for creating fresh, nutritious meals paired with outstanding service. As Chef Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards at all times.
You will be responsible for planning and preparing balanced meals for staff, maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards, and managing stock, budgets, and supplier relationships. A key part of your role will be to lead, inspire, and motivate the catering team to deliver excellence consistently.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a minimum of Food Hygiene Level 2 certification. Most importantly, you'll bring a passion for quality food and a commitment to exceptional customer service.28 days paid holiday and Double time for Bank Holidays
