We are now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to help us grow and strengthen these partnerships. In this role you will be in front of customers every week, building trusted relationships, securing spot purchase opportunities and ensuring Prometheus is always the first call when urgent support is needed. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue and long term customer loyalty. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in sales or account management ideally within healthcare NHS Local Authority commissioning or another service led sector A consistent track record of winning business and achieving targets Strong relationship building negotiation and communication skills Confidence engaging with clients at all levels in a professional face to face setting A proactive organised and target driven approach with commercial awareness
