• Sourcing new business through research, networking, and outreach

• Preparing & presenting proposals and bids to prospective clients
• Negotiating & closing sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes & client satisfaction
• Hitting sales targets to drive long-term growth in recurring cleaning revenue
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, with the following skills and experience…
• A full UK driving license is required
• Experience in business development/ sales, ideally within cleaning/facilities management
• Proven sales track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with clients and key stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a proactive drive for new business.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
In return, the successful Business Development Manager, will receive a salary between £50,000 - £55,000 plus the following benefits…
