Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, vibrant kitchen. This is a hands-on role in a popular restaurant where you’ll help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes and keep standards high.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
• Lead, motivate, and train the team
• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Help create seasonal menus and specials
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and stock control are top-notch
