Summary
Owen Payne Recruitment are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Hill & Smith Infrastructure. We are seeking a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to join their team based in Bilston.
If you're an experienced Yard Operative / FLT Driver and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! These roles will be 12 week temp to perm for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for booking goods in and out. This role involves operating an FLT to manoeuvre materials and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Hours of work:
• Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:45
• Friday 07:00-13:00
Rate of Pay:
• £14.10 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating counterbalance forklift
• Sorting raw materials in the yard
• Working with steel and aluminium
• Booking products in and out
• Take ownership of goods in
Qualifications:
• Yard operative experience.
• In date accredited forklift license (counterbalance)
• Experience moving large lengths of steel
