What you'll be doing:
As a Joinery Operative, you’ll play a key role in creating and finishing products to a high standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Assembling products with precision
• Prepping and finishing to meet specifications, including sanding
• Ensuring all components are securely fitted and functional
• Supporting the team to maintain quality and efficiency

• Experienced with basic joinery or similar hands-on work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done
