Summary
Wigan MHSTis excited to offer a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional totrain as aCBTpractitioner.
This 12-month full timetraining post combinestraining with clinical practiceand weeklysupervision ona fully funded PostgraduateDiploma course.
Once qualified you will be supported to deliver some element of Cognitive Behaviour therapyas part of your role where this fits with service requirements.
During training, the post-holder will work under the supervision of their employing NHS Trust to gain experience in providing one to one CBT evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems in educational settings (principally anxiety and depression).
