The role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership across procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting, variations, and final accounts. You'll be client-facing, commercially driven, and trusted to safeguard profitability while ensuring quality and delivery.
What you'll need:
- 3-5+ years' Main Contractor experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Ambition to grow within a leading London contractor
