- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation of backroom areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
