Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic female support worker to join our team in providing exceptional home-based care. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with specific needs such as dementia or requiring assistance with daily activities.
Key responsibilities include and is not limited to the following:
1.Providing personal care assistance.
2.Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines.
3.Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
4.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications and skills include:
1.Previous experience in care or related field is preferred.
2.Knowledge of dementia care principles is advantageous.
3.Care certification is desirable.
4.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client's homes is essential.
5.Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
