Summary
Location: Various sites across the UK (base location: 1 King Court, Kettering Parkway, Kettering, NN15 6WJ)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour starting pay

What the role involves:
Delivering a visible and proactive security presence at live events, festivals, and venues
Monitoring crowds, assisting with access control, and responding to incidents
Liaising with event organisers and emergency services where necessary
Ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the event
What we’re looking for:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A calm and professional approach, especially under pressure
Previous experience in event security (preferred, but not essential)
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel across the UK
What you’ll get in return:
Starting pay of £13.50 per hour, paid monthly
Holiday pay accrued at 12.07% and paid alongside your wages
