Summary

What will you be responsible for?
As an Assistant Office Manager, you'll be managing the day to day running of the project offices, facilities & support services whilst co-ordinating the duties of the project administration team.
Your day to day will include:
-Management, maintenance and safety of the project site offices and the surrounding environment
-Establishment and maintenance of the project Time & Attendance system (Biosite), office security and vetting applications for project team, site and temporary visitor clearance.
-Management of office safety procedures, including scheduled testing of the safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and first aiders are appointed and available.
-Supporting the delivery of office inductions for new personnel ensuring DSE assessments are carried out, to include checking & vetting of all competency cards.
-Responsibility for the entering of goods received notes (GRN's) into the Project finance system.

-You have knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages
-You have knowledge and practical understanding of Causeway
-You have previously working in an office environment and have administration experience
