Summary
Bendi / Pivot Steer / Narrow Aisle Forklift Driver - paying £13.50 to £14.00 per hour - based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. Immediate start available, leading to a temp to permanent position. Hours are 6.00am to 4.00pm (Mon to Thurs - 4 day week) - benefits include 28 days holiday, Pension, Bonus, on-site parking.
We are recruiting a Bendi Forklift Driver, to join our successful and expanding client based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. Working in a new warehouse facility, you will be joining a small warehouse team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established organisation as they go through a period of gorwth. You will have previous experience of operating a Bendi Forklift Truck (or Pivot Steer / Narrow Aisle Truck) and have a valid licence.
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Using forklift to put stock away in warehouse
- Taking materials to shop floor and clearing finished products away
- Stock counting
- Some despatch work and picking duties
- Waste management
- General warehouse duties
The successful Bendi Forklift Driver will have previously worked in a similar environment, with good experience of using a Bendi Forklift and have a current licence. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to work on your own and use your initiative. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.
This is a temp to perm opportunity to start as soon as possible.
