Vehicle Technician - Maidstone Area
Basic Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 DOE
OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 (with bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

Combining main-dealer standards with the personal touch of a family business, they offer a wide range of repairs, servicing, and maintenance for most makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
*Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
*Undertake diagnostic and fault-finding work where required
*Work confidently with modern workshop and diagnostic equipment
*Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality
*Support workshop efficiency and work well within a close-knit team
The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI or equivalent)
*Strong background in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair
*Diagnostic experience would be beneficial but not essential
*Confident working on a range of makes and models (experience with hybrid and electric vehicles advantageous)
*Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented

*Basic salary from £33,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
*Bonus scheme with an OTE of £40,000 - £45,000
