Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive who is proactive, target-driven, and experienced in building long-term client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, calls, and industry events.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning Grassform as a trusted partner.


  • Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and presentations to meet client requirements.


  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.


  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive growth.


    What We’re Looking For:
    • Proven sales experience, ideally in plant hire, construction, or related sectors.


    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.


    • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple sales opportunities.


    • Target-driven mindset with the resilience to meet and exceed goals.


    • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
