Summary
Job Title: PPT Driver / Reach Truck/ Counterbalance Operator
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17
Salary: £12.66 – £14.26 per hour (increased rate after 12 weeks)
Shifts Available:
• 4 on / 4 off (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)
• Sunday–Thursday nights: 10pm–6am
• Monday–Friday nights: 10pm–6am
• Monday–Friday rotating: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate PPT or Reach Truck/ Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods with accuracy and care
• Conduct routine equipment checks and adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized working area
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets
Candidate Requirements:
• Valid PPT or Reach Truck license/ Counterbalance (training available for suitable candidates to be upskilled for Bendi)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
