Summary
Job OverviewTo support our small works project delivery teams across the UK to collate and prepare documentation prior to project launch.
Main Duties
-Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed with regard to the delivery of small works projects.
-Support Small works teams with the administrative activities associated with project delivery. Ensure compliance with both internal procedures and customer requirements.
-Act as a key team member in seeing projects through to completion ensuring limited complications in the billing cycle.
What we are looking forWe are looking for a self-motivated individual that takes pride in their work, with great communication skills, both written and oral. Ideally we would look for somebody with prior experience in CAFM systems such as Maximo and MiWorld. IT skills with Microsoft Office / SharePoint etc. is essential.
