Summary

Join Caredig as a Front of House Supervisor and make a real difference in the lives of our tenants, helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for tenants. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and helping residents live independently in their homes.

Front of House Coordinator – based in Swansea

24 Hours per week – Permanent Contract

£13.17 per hour £16,436.16 annually

About the role

Our Front of House Coordinators provide a range of services, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating volunteers, supporting community events, managing stock, and running the on-site shop. You’ll also provide housing information, show properties, handle payments, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
