The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects.
Prepare and monitor project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify and manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to senior management.
Maintain quality assurance throughout all stages of the project.
About You
Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
