As a Security Agile Delivery Manager within the Delivery and Cyber Engineering Team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will lead agile Cyber delivery practices across enabling secure, high-quality, and efficient outcomes. You will remove delivery blockers, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities and stakeholder needs. Your leadership will foster an open, supportive environment where the team can excel and continuously improve. You will keep the team moving, protect their time and attention, and help everyone pull in the same direction.

- Owning and builds relationships with the technical teams, Product Owners, senior stakeholders, management and third party sub-contractors utilising effective and appropriate governance mechanisms. Managing complex team dynamics between external and internal stakeholder groups to ensure the team is aligned to and understands the same objectives.
- Working with technology and business teams to ensure that new products & services are delivered effectively to realise measurable benefits.
- Supporting the Product Owners to define and build the digital delivery roadmap and translate into an achievable backlog.
- Design, facilitate and lead workshops, meetings with a variety of stakeholders, driving out outcomes and establishing the pace of delivery.
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies (external and internal) and help resolve escalations
- Drives the pace of delivery responsible for owning key blockers till they are resolved and guiding other members of the delivery community to help them deliver effectively.
- Setting standards and ensures business and delivery teams are working to a common, shared objective and vision to deliver specific outcomes.
- Taking responsibility for their own learning and development, continuously improves knowledge of agile principles, methods and tool to further develop knowledge and skills, coaching and mentoring other members of your team
- Continuously improve the agile methods and tools used by your team
- Communicating with impact across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messages to ensure that it is right for the audience.
- Supporting capacity management of the CRC Software Engineers to help prioritise deployment to address service needs.
