Looking to join a professional, high-quality bodyshop where your skills are valued — and rewarded?
We’re working with a well-respected, family-run manufacturer-accredited bodyshop in the Dorking area, and they’re looking for an experienced and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team.
️ What’s on Offer:
Up to £23 per hour (depending on experience)
Quarterly bonus scheme – up to £1,250 every 3 months
Annual bonus of £3,000
Overtime available
Join a close-knit, supportive team in a family-run business
Work in a manufacturer-approved, professional bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (45 hours per week)
Overtime available for extra earnings
The Role:
Carrying out MET/Strip & Fit and geometry work
Working with precision and attention to detail in a modern workshop
Maintaining manufacturer standards and best practices
Contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency
✅ What You’ll Need:
Proven experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Relevant qualifications (IMI, ATA, NVQ, or manufacturer training) desirable
