Your Purpose
The IT Cost and Contracts Specialist will support the MSC Cruise Management function with
the cost and spend management support for supplier contracts and liaison with procurement for operational, capital cost and newbuilding owner supply spending needs.
Your Impact
• Manages Purchase Order requirements, including receipts and invoicing support
• Conducts current spend analysis and reporting on demand, month ends, quarterly, annual and forecasting
• Maintains service support contracts
• Works closely with business cost management stakeholders e.g. Procurement teams, Legal department, project leaders etc
• Adheres to critical financial reporting calendar dates
Your Journey so far
• A-Level or similar education essential
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Italian language skills would be desirable
• Experience of procurement business processes and systems
• Advanced Excel skills (including use of pivot tables, macros etc)
• Resilient personality, able to meet stretching and shifting deadlines with an eye for detail
• Experience using SAP (our future Corporate finance system) is also preferrable
