Summary
RESTAURANT MANAGER - BUSY RETAIL OUTLET – NEAR FARNHAM – UP TO £43,000 + BENEFITS - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK - DAY SHIFTS ONLY
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused manager to take ownership of a popular restaurant with a counter-service offering, focused on quality breakfast and lunch options. The site trades seven days a week between 9am and 5pm (reduced hours on Sundays) and plays a key role in the overall customer experience.
We’re seeking a confident operator with experience in high-volume, branded, or commercial food service environments. You’ll ideally have:
• Experience managing teams of 20+ in a food-led setting
• Experience managing turnover of £1.5m+
• Strong knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and cost management
• Up-to-date understanding of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards
• A passion for people development and delivering great customer experiences
• A hands-on, commercially focused approach
