️ What You’ll Be Doing
Working 40 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern, you\\'ll play a vital role in:
- Crafting high-quality, delicious meals that brighten our clients’ and customers’ day
- Helping shape and evolve menus with creative food concepts
- Leading with culinary expertise and a passion for innovation
- Maintaining top-notch food hygiene and safety standards
- Managing stock and kitchen operations efficiently
- Representing the Defence brand with pride and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Have a Food Hygiene Certificate
- Bring experience supervising kitchen teams
- Have a strong background in similar Chef roles
- Are passionate about great food and brilliant service
- Are adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented
