Summary
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a term-time Employment Mentor to join the Foundation Studies team at Gloucestershire College. You’ll support students transitioning into Supported Internships and help them prepare for employment through tailored placements and effective communication.
You’ll work closely with parents, employers, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and promote the value of employment. This role is key to helping interns move into sustainable jobs or access further employment support.
