Working Hours: 8am andndash; 4pm
Willow Wood Community Primary School is a happy, caring school where every child matters and everyone is supported to aspire, believe, challenge and achieve. We are currently looking to appoint a 1-1 teaching assistant to work with a child within our school with a focus on improving their educational outcomes in line with their EHCP targets.
We are therefore looking for someone who:
andbull; Has achieved or is working towards Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualificationandnbsp;
andbull; Has experience of working with children across the primary phaseandnbsp;
andbull; Has knowledge of the curriculum and child developmentandnbsp;andnbsp;
andbull; Has a determination to enhance the outcomes for our children
andbull; Has the ability to work with staff to plan and deliver educational experiences in line with statutory EHCP targetsandnbsp;
andbull; Will work with staff to write provision plans which incorporate small step targetsandnbsp;
andbull; Will ensure the child reaches their full potentialandnbsp;
andbull; Can deliver and track a range of interventions
andbull; Are willing to undertake relevant training and staff meetingsandnbsp;
andbull; Can effectively communicate with parents and outside agencies
