The Role
The Quality Assurance Officer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our work across the business. You will be responsible for reviewing case files, monitoring processes, and providing feedback to ensure we maintain the highest standards in line with FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance checks on case files and processes.
Monitor adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance policies.
Provide constructive feedback to advisers and support staff.
Support ongoing training and development initiatives within the business.
Work with management to identify areas About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced: Minimum 12 months’ experience working in a Quality Assurance role within financial services or another FCA-regulated business.
Knowledgeable: Experience within the life insurance environment is desirable, but not essential.
Detail-focused: Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Tech-savvy: Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
Team-oriented: Able to work well as part of a team, with good communication skills.
Deadline-driven: Comfortable working to targets and timescales.
