Summary

We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner for a beautiful nursery that is part of a small chain with beautiful resources
This role is a permanent position working over 32 - 40 hours on a rota basis between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Shifts are between 8-5 and 9-6 Monday to Friday, but they are also flexible to other full time shift patterns, such as 8-6 over four days.

What you need for the Nursery Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames,

- Level 2 or 3 in Childcare.
- Sound knowledge of EYFS
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive individual that loves working as a team
- Experience of working with children
- Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities of the roles include:

- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
- Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
- Lunch/snacks duty
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Effectively supporting team members
