You will be part of the team working in a modern warehouse environment picking and packing items to fulfil customer demand. You will be provided with drinks vouchers during your shift and there is a bonus for high performance packing work!
Your responsibilities will be:
• Accurately pick and pack bulbs, plants, and seeds based on picking tickets.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Requirements for the role are;
• Previous warehouse experience is desired.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Reliability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
This is a long term ongoing role
This is a Monday to Friday job and the hours are 08:00 ti 16:30.
30 min deducted for breaks
Pay is £12.21 per hour with overtime and Bank holidays paid at time and a half.
Further benefits- drinks vouchers and high performance bonus scheme. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
We do not offer sponsorship.
