Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver to join our logistics team based in the Witham St Hughes, Lincoln. This role involves operating a double decker trailer to deliver palletised goods across the UK pallet network. The position offers minimal handballing, as all pallets are loaded and unloaded via forklift at both collection and delivery points.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 1 double decker vehicle for multi-drop deliveries.
Transport palletised goods across the pallet network to various customer locations.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Complete all relevant paperwork and digital logs accurately.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
Comply with all road transport and working time regulations.
Candidates must:
- Hold a full UK licence with a C+E entitlement.
- Hold valid CPC card
- Hold valid Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points for minor traffic offences.

Monday - Friday
0600 start times
Averaging 10 hour shifts
Start wage £15 p/h
Overtime paid at time and a half on all hours after 50 per week.
Wages paid weekly.
