Your new role
You will takeownership of the procurement strategy for Property and Facilities Management(FM), reporting into the Senior Group Procurement Manager where you'll lead onFM retenders, manage legacy contracts from previous mergers, and driveconsolidation across an 18-site estate (including UK, Dublin, and Jersey).You'll also support wider procurement initiatives across IT and marketing, andcontribute to ESG-related improvements.
This is a hands-onrole requiring end-to-end procurement expertise, particularly in FM andproperty projects. You'll be expected to manage supplier relationships,negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industrystandards. The team is collaborative, and you'll work closely with stakeholdersacross Facilities, Legal, and Information Security.
What you'll need to succeed
To do well in thisrole, you'll need solid experience in indirect procurement, especially acrossproperty and facilities management. If you've handled complex tenders, workedthrough legacy contracts, or led supplier consolidation projects, that's exactlythe kind of background we're looking for. You'll need to be confident engagingwith stakeholders and negotiating contracts, and while financial servicesexperience is a bonus, it's not essential.
What you'll get in return
The role offers asalary of £65,000 to £70,000 for permanent candidates. There's a discretionarybonus, typically paid in March, which averages around 10%, and the companycontributes 8% to your pension. You'll receive 25 days of annual leave, withthe option to buy additional days, and benefit from a smart working model-threedays in the office and two from home.
You'll be joining at apivotal time, with the chance to shape the FM procurement landscape and make areal impact. The business is actively investing in its estate, including arevamp of London office, and is focused on building a modern, efficient propertyportfolio.
