We are seeking a dynamic and committed Deputy Headteacher to lead on Behaviour and Standards in our thriving secondary school. This pivotal role will shape and drive a culture of equity, high expectations, and support for all learners, ensuring excellence in line with the latest Ofsted framework and statutory guidance.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

• Lead whole-school strategies to improve behaviour, conduct, and attendance.
• Champion a high expectations approach to behaviour that is rooted in understanding and respect.
• Bring strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing young people today.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
• Be relentless in your commitment to improving opportunities, outcomes, and life chances for all students.
• Model integrity, resilience, and professionalism within a positive, hardworking team.
