What skills and experience we're looking for
The school is seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational leader to join our highly successful secondary special school for pupils aged 11–19 whose primary need is ASC or MLD.

• Has proven and recent senior leadership experience.
• Can manage and inspire change with confidence and positivity.
• Demonstrates a passionate commitment to inclusion, equal opportunities and high-quality SEND provision.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Will lead with ambition, integrity and creativity, ensuring the very best outcomes for every pupil.
