Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Bilingual (Spanish/English) After School Club Manager to co-lead LingoClub at the Bilingual Primary School.

LingoClub is a thriving and extremely popular, immersive Spanish after school club, drawing in large numbers every day, but maintaining a family feel with a very low staff turnover. We are proud to have high expectations of our staff and children and we are proud of what we have built.
As the After School Club Deputy Manager, you will support the manager of LingoClub, leading our fantastic team to provide a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for pupils after the school day ends. This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the club’s daily routines and activities, ensuring every child enjoys a creative and caring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Organise, manage, and support the wraparound care team to deliver high-quality after-school provision.
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities - from crafts, football, lego and discos.
Be vigilant in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
Build warm, professional relationships with children, families, and staff.
Maintain accurate administrative records, including registers, reports, and incident logs.
Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
What We’re Looking For
A confident leader with experience working with children in a childcare, playwork, or school setting. You must have a Level 3 or higher Childcare qualification.
A calm and positive individual with strong organisational skills.
A caring, creative approach to supporting children’s development and well being.
A firm commitment to safeguarding, health & safety, and child protection.
A team player who communicates clearly and professionally with parents and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
Knowledge and experience of safeguarding and first aid (training can be provided).
Understanding of child development and the needs of primary-age pupils.
A desire to contribute to a joyful, safe space for children at the end of their day.
