Your new role:
International Workforce CoordinationManage end-to-end employee transitions globally, including onboarding, exits, and lifecycle activities.Serve as the primary contact for external hiring agencies and global employment service providers.Ensure all employment practices meet international legal standards, including immigration and documentation protocols.
Policy Governance & ComplianceDevelop and revise internal operational and HR guidelines in partnership with legal and compliance teams.Maintain a digital repository of company policies and ensure consistent communication across all teams.Conduct regular reviews to ensure policies reflect current regulations and business priorities.Workplace Operations & InfrastructureLead the management of office environments, including space planning, supplier relationships, and equipment logistics.Oversee health, safety, and regulatory compliance across physical and remote workspaces.Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to support seamless operations in hybrid work settings.Operational Efficiency & Cross-Team CollaborationAnalyse and improve workflows related to staffing and office management.Partner with internal departments to align operational processes and ensure regulatory adherence.Monitor performance indicators and produce reports to inform strategic decisions.
What you'll need to succeed:
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)Have hands-on experience managing staffing operations and processes and coordinating international HR functions.
