Are you passionate about hospitality and people? LED Community Leisure Ltd seeks a motivated Team Leader for our Coastline Café &
Cove Pod at Exeter Airport. Help us deliver excellent service and memorable experiences in a vibrant airport environment.
ABOUT US
LED is a charitable trust focused on community health and wellbeing. Our café welcomes diverse visitors, serving breakfasts,
lunches, coffees, and snacks in a friendly setting.
THE ROLE
* Oversee daily operations at the café & pod
* Support and develop your team
* Ensure high service, hygiene, and safety standards
* Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture
* Help drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for hospitality and customer care
* Desirable: Personal license & Level 3+ food hygiene (within last 3 years)
* Good Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) skills
* Desirable: Hospitality qualification (NVQ, diploma, or degree)
