Summary

The Best Connection are working with a well-established recycling facility in Chesterfield to recruit reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in helping the environment by supporting the sorting and processing of recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual sorting of recyclable materials (e.g. metals, plastics, general recyclables)

• Identifying and removing non-recyclable or contaminated items from the line

• Assisting with loading, unloading, and general site duties

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Supporting team operations as required

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday

• Good physical fitness - this is an active, manual role

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Previous experience in recycling, warehousing, or a similar environment is helpful, but not essential - full training is provided
