Your new role
Commercial Manager or Head of Commercial required to lead a high-performing team and oversee all commercial operations. This senior leadership role is central to driving profitable and sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio of office and laboratory fit-out projects.
Key Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify and pursue growth opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a senior commercial role.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial risk management
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced financial and analytical capabilities
